For me this is my favorite way to make money online, you can easily learn to write these articles in 20 minutes or less.  There are so many different opportunities with writing online to make money online that everyone can find something they like.  You don't need to be a good writer, but you do need to have good time management and be willing to work at it.

The Psychology of Business

The Psychology of Business
The truth is that business, entrepreneurship and psychology go hand in hand.  From entrepreneurs to management, to advancement in the workplace and leadership, every area of a business deals with human psychology and the social behavior that comes along with it.  Understanding employees, bosses and clients’ and the way they think and feel is the key behind your business being successful at marketing and sales.
A negative situation in business is usually handled in the wrong way.  Whether a simple mistake or a full tragedy we tend to look to our core values to show us how to handle the situation.   Business has flourished and survived through many large and small situations by using the situation to unite its people and overcome the problem or the imposing threat.  Many top leaders have emerged from just such a situation because they are able to stay focused and unite people around them and in doing so form a strong core that is necessary to overcome the situation.
The morally and emotionally sound worker sees possibilities for change when problems are encountered.  These type of people become the leaders of the business and can find opportunity in all negative situations.  They all have an optimistic view of the future for themselves and their business even when there seems to be no hope.  These leaders are always learning and rising to the occasion in every business and personal situation. They are able to do this by reinforcing  positive motivations from their employees and making wise decisions that allow them to stand on strong moral ground and keep them moving forward to a goal that they are after.
Your success is built upon a clear understanding of not just who your clients are, but who you are as well.  Know yourself first and then know what your clients or employees need and how they want you to present it to them.  This is business and psychology blending together.
In some areas this is known as positive psychology, and is being used by many successful entrepreneurs, the true test comes when you look at a company that is under attack.  It's easy to talk about the positive mental state and a healthy company when a business is running well, but what about  when things are not going so well?  When things are tough, that is the real test of the leader or entrepreneur, separating those who do nothing and hope things will just fix themselves and those who use their strengths to find opportunity in chaos.

Personal Finance and Your Future

Personal Finance and Your Future
When you hear Personal finance it typically refers to the financial decisions an individual must make in order to set up a budget, save money, and invest in their future while understanding different financial risks and possible future events.  When planning your personal finances you need to do your homework and consider what your goals are.  There are a number of banking products that you should consider from checking & savings accounts, credit cards, loans and in investing things like the stock market, bonds and mutual funds.  Another thing to give some thought to is insurance.  Life insurance, health insurance and disability insurance.    Even bring in employer sponsored retirement plans, social security and even income tax.  Use the professionals out there for your information, they are far better equipped to help you than you are by yourself.
Which brings us to a key component of personal finance, which is personal financial planning.  Financial planning is a complex process that demands continuous monitoring and updating.  There are really five key steps to take.  Those five steps are assessment, goal setting, creating a plan, executing that plan and monitoring.
Back in college one of the most interesting classes was that of personal finance.  I can remember how compounding was drilled into our minds.  Compounding or usually you will hear compounding interest, it is so important that you understand this and get starting with this in some way while you are young.  The difference can be literally hundreds of thousands of dollars by the time you retire.
So get out there are start planning your present and your future with personal finance, first step, contact the right professionals, what are you waiting for, get going!
